The NWC

The NWC was founded in 2016, in the memory of Nicola Werner, who surrendered her life to a Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) cancer.

The objective is to raise awareness and funds to end HPV cancer.

Every second weekend in September The NWC holds its main activity with the cycling challenge: Last year 800 cyclists rode in 17 cities on 3 continents for cancer research and raised >€100,000

The cycling challenge serves as platform to raise funds and to create awareness for an active cancer prevention: reduce cancer risk by 40% by adapting behaviour and reducing HPV cancer risk by >80% with vacination.
