Registrations for Paris are closed and we're already more than 230 cyclists who want to ride with us on September 12:
Without further changes we expect 190 cyclists in Paris
Local rides in Berlin, Bochum, Black Forest & Seattle leave the registrations open and we will launch towards end of week an initiative for independent NWC rides.
FUNDRAISING:
With the funds raised we will support a Papillomavirus project at Institut Gustave Roussy and the new Initiative #chatfunding for the Krebsinformationsdienst at the German Cancer Research Center
Please continue your fundraising / contribution to one of the fundraising sites: there is no free ride & its up to you to make sure you've contributed to our cancer research fundraising
FOR PARIS:
YOUR RIDE:
Please review your assignment to the preliminary SAS list; we tried to keep you together with friends or in a group that suits you.
Slower groups depart first, which makes it more important to select a group where you won’t drop: you may be alone on the road.
Please make sure you've send your medical certificate / license to contact@nicolawernerchallenge.org
Groups departing prior to 7am will ride a bit in the dark: backlights are mandatory & front lights recommended.
We will provide final ride instructions including your SAS, timings, the routes and the riders briefing with the Corona rules by Thursday September 10.
SPECIALS:
Your bike should be ready on September 12, so there are no surprises. KM0 has offered to take a complementary look at it, please schedule an appointment via contact@km0.paris using the reference NWCEd5.
Hutchinson supports the Nicola Werner Challenge in its 3rd year and this time a very nice special is offered: real beginners and those who master the first time 200km will receive a set of tires (limited to the 25 first applicants). Please contact margot.brochard@hutchinson.com using the reference NWCEd5 and mentioning beginner or first time 200km.
AFTER THE RIDE DINNER:
If you like to join for dinner on Saturday as of 20:00, please make a reservation at la Fabbrica referencing Moritz.
See you on the road! Moritz
